Delivery Schedule
Please allow 7 – 10 days to receive personalised items, although generally you should receive them sooner. If you have a particularly urgent request, please call us and we will do our best to prioritise it.

Back Orders
It is very rare that we run out of stock. However, if there is an item out of stock we will send you the rest of the goods and the remaining items will follow within a couple of weeks. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order in order to allocate the stock to you.

Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT where it is applicable.

We assure you that our site is fully secure. When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Trademark 25 Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods or return them to us within 28 days. Please return the goods to us at the above address specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund.

If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging. We are not able to refund or replace personalised goods unless they are faulty as we are not able to resell them.

You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods

We are unable to process any queries regarding orders over 90 days.
